If you feel unsatisfied about a product or part of the ordered products and you wish to return it you must notify our company via phone by calling the customer service department at 2351060110 or send e-mail at (firstname.lastname@example.org). The order can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. If there is a product defect you should contact the company within 48 hours and send an email to (email@example.com) as well as a photo of the defect! (Keep in mind that the photos do not mean lack of trust instead they help us in communicating with the suppliers and solve any quality issues as soon as possible!). In those cases, taking pictures of the products is the most effective solution. In case the defect is prompted during the transfer of the product SYNETERISMOS XYLOYRGON PIERIAS S.A. (SPITIMAS) will bear the return costs provided that the shipping company collaborates with it. However, in case the shipping of the order was made by a different transfer company that was chosen by the client, the company, SYNETERISMOS XYLOYRGON PIERIAS S.A. (SPITIMAS), is not responsible for any damage or defect of the product during the transfer process. In case, you wish to return the order due to other reasons e.g (not satisfied with the colour, quality etc) the return shipping costs are not borne by SYNETERISMOS XYLOYRGON PIERIAS S.A. (SPITIMAS), but by the customer. Refunds do not include initial shipping costs. Also, the products listed as ordered are not refundable.
Prerequisites for product return:
1. The product has not been used
2. The product is accompanied by its original packaging and all its content
3. For items with special factory packaging, their packaging must not have been tampered with or damaged.
4. Labels or brand markings the products may carry, should not have been removed, etc.
5. In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts.
Without the restriction of the provisions on withdrawal of Article 9, cancellation of the order may happen in the following cases:
During the online ordering process, before the order is completed, you can “return” and remove the quantities of products from your basket by pressing the “delete” button on the products.
If the online order has been completed but the product has not been shipped yet, you can call 23510 60110 and one of our representatives will cancel your order.
After receiving the product, call us on 23510 60100 or contact us via the e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org), explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order.
One of our representatives will serve you immediately and inform you of your choices. In case your order has already been invoiced and you wish to cancel it, then contact the Customer Service Department at 23510 60110 and provide the details of your order. Also, if the order has been invoiced and has already been launched for delivery, the customer will bear the return costs.
